Coming from Rome by car the villa is best accessed by going through Fondi then Itri. The final few kilometres are via a fairly narrow road and then finally along a single track. "We were two families with seven kids, the house was big enough and comfortable for us, it was good equipped with all necessaries (except the dish washer). Especially relaxing was for us the nice sandy beach where our kids and we could go anytime without any extensive preparation just by passing the garden door. "Die Lage ist genial. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend und man ist so schnell bei dem wunderschönen Strand. Der abgegrenzte Garten ist gross und sehr gepflegt. Es hat viele Vögel und Eidechsen. Am See kann man Krebse beobachten. Wir konnten im Oktober immer draussen auf der herrlichen Terrasse essen. Das Fenster zur Küche ist sehr praktisch, da kann man alles direkt zur Terrasse raus reichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und immer erreichbar. Wir haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung...

"This house is a hidden gem! I think you would be hard pressed to find a nicer villa in Cassino. The photos do not do it justice - especially the grounds which are large and beautifully kept. Everything inside is clean and well appointed. Alberto was attentive, prompt, and friendly. If you love dogs (as you should) there is a gorgeous guard dog that is a sweet as can be. He only comes out of his area by request. We had Kobe out with the family the entire stay. "
