"Location near waterfront park was the best. We stayed in the Enclave across the street and we were glad that we did not have to view the contemporary art in the lobby of the Vendue every time we entered the building. The rooftop bar was a huge disappointment. It was a factor in choosing this hotel but it was empty most of the time and unpleasant to sit in. It was aimed at a younger crowd and the staff was surly."

"The room was clean yes. Staff persons were nice to deal with at all times. No problems at all with any inquiries. A parking lot across the street on Queen Street was very handy. Parking is not cheap in Charleston. Great restaurants nearby. Excellent shopping on King, many other streets the usual tourist items to purchase. Lots of good times."

"Upon arrival we were met by Jacob, a friendly and helpful gentleman. He tended to our bags and directed us to the reception desk. Efficient and prepared. Breakfast was delivered daily to the 4th floor outdoor deck promptly. Food was warm. Coffee and decaf strong and hot. All fruits and pastries wonderful. Wine , cheese, cookies wine all served free daily with smiles. Harbour view in is an exceptional place to stay in the heart of Old French Quarter Charleston."
