"The hotel is located in an old and beautiful former home of one of the Porcelain Barons for whom the city is renowned. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional but for the check-in process. They sent an email written totally in French around 3pm the afternoon we were due to check-in providing us with the electronic building and individual room door access codes. Of course, we were driving into the city and did not see this email. Fortunately there was a phone number on the reception room door and the person answering gave us our access code. The next morning at breakfast we learned that most of the guests are “English” speaking so that the email should always be bi-lingual … French and English for the convenience of all guests."

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable, conveniently located near many restaurants and right across from a shopping mall. A special shout-out to Nicolas, who was incredibly friendly and helpful with all our questions. He made us feel very welcome! We loved our short stay and are looking forward to coming back to Limoges. We would definitely stay here again!"
