"An absolute Gentleman. Really looked after us after a really long drive from Nottingham England. Went out of his way to order us a takeaway and served us delicious local Chardonnay. The breakfast was amazing also a real bonus! Will definitely recommend. "

"The hotel staff were very helpful but while the bedding and linen was very nice the room needs a good clean and dusting. We always check the room for our belongings before leaving, always check nothing has fallen under the bed. It made me sick to see the dirtiness and dust under the bed."

"We really enjoyed our stay in crown plaza Lyon. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The lady at the reception who checked us in specifically was very helpful and helped us with all the information we needed with travelling around the area, food recommendations and anything else we needed.
