"We were really impressed overall. The breakfast spread is really beyond any continental breakfast I have ever seen, and the evening "kick backs" were a game-changer for us! We could have a couple of (FREE!) cocktails while our small children ate dinner (chicken Alfredo one night, taco bar the next) and then head out for our adventures. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was comfortable. There was a stranger lurking outside and making folks uncomfortable, and they took care of that immediately. Plenty of parking, great gym area, indoor pool and hot tub (so the rain had no impact on our babies' swimming!). So many dinner and shopping options nearby!
There was a spot on the floor in the corner of our room that was damp the entire time, but that is really the only negative aspect to share."
"Made a reservation on while in transit arrived and checked in with no issues. The room was clean a little cold for my taste bt easily fixed. The bed was comfortable and slept thru the night. The breakfast was the typical and very good. I was driving thru Chattanooga but will return and stay here again."

"Great 5 night stay! Booked a 2 room suite with 1 king bed and 2 doubles, living area and kitchen. Very spacious. The pool was great and staff was very welcoming.
The only thing I was not happy with was the breakfast. Lady that was tending to the breakfast area was rude, seem obviously bothered that people were serving themselves and though breakfast was supposed to end at 930 she was picking up everything around 905 (happened all the days that we were there)."
