"My room had a sewer odor. I maintenance man came in and sprayed Clorox deodorant. I requested a new room. It smelled like dog urine. "

"The room was clean and spacious! Linens were very nice and the beds very comfortable! The property grounds were beautiful with palm trees with areas to sit and socialize. The pool was beautiful with fountains and a hot tub. The property was so lovely it’s unfortunate that property management allowed items that should have been trashed to remain on the premises. The chair in our room needed to be reupholstered; the life ring at the pool was torn and two if the chaise chairs were faded and torn. These items took away from an exceptional experience."

"Check in staff were not very friendly and didn’t explain anything about the hotel like others felt like I was bothering them for checking in. They don't clean your room daily, we had to throw away the trash in a bigger trash outside the room. Pool was supper cold and hot tub was supper warm. Breakfast was okay. Checking out staff was nicer. Rooms furniture had like water damage."

"The king bed had sand in it. The pull out bed was disgusting, rust on mattress and sheets, springs poking out and you could fill the bars from the couch. They came and cleaned the room again and took our pillowcases. When I asked for them back. I heard excuses. Not the best spring break but location was good. "

"nothing at all like it was described in the description, couldn't go inside to check in I had to check in through a window outside,the office was pretty much closed my entire stay, had to pay a $50 deposit that I still haven't got back , lady at the desk said it takes 48 hours so we will see, don't understand what the deposit was for the room I stayed in needed a lot of tlc, says free wifi but there was no wifi, the room was very unclean, bathtub needs to be bleached had to buy cleaner to clean before I would take a shower, under the bed looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in months, mini fridge definitely hadn't been cleaned in a while, I had no choice but to stay there because I couldn't afford to pay for another hotel room because they wouldn't let me cancel my stay and get my money back, this hotel was not worth the money they charged me to stay there, not to mention people were up outside partying until 4 am being loud and the hotel staff allowed it"
