"We needed to catch an eight am flight which meant we needed to get to the airport by 6am. Staff told us to take the train that it was quicker. Google said it was 25 min drive by uber. Turned out the mall was closed so couldn’t get to metro train. There was no shuttle we spent 15 trying to find exterior entrance to metro. Couldn’t find it. Uber only took ten min to get to airport. "

"The room was clean with modern fittings. The staff, particularly the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to a metro station and City Center that offers shopping and several dining options. We would definitely choose to stay there again."

"My stay at J5 Hotels Port Saeed was overall okay. The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff were polite and helpful. However, there were a couple of inconveniences during my stay. There were no power outlets near the bed, which made charging my phone a bit difficult. Additionally, the pillows were not very comfortable. With a few improvements, the experience could be much better."
