"Booked a king room on top floor. Without my knowledge, it was changed to double room and we ended up on 4 th floor. Had kids jumping up and down above us until after 10pm. "Elevator was out our entire stay. I have a heart condition and they put me on the third floor. I asked to switch but nothing was available. The bed was very creaky anytime you moved. Would not stay again without elevator being fixed it really limited how much I could come and go due to the 3 flights ..."
