  • Casa Rio Tortuga is nestled on the Tortuga River in the less-touristy village of Ojochal. This un-touched village boasts wonderful restaurants, waterfalls and tropical beaches. Located almost directly between Sierpe to the south and Dominical to the north there’s bountiful discoveries awaiting the adventurer! Our casitas are beautifully outfitted with one queen bed, porch area, and a private bathroom. Casitas are adjoined by a well-styled shared outdoor kitchen with seating for dining, entertaining, or enjoying a cocktail.

Very nice room with soft towels and extra touches.

The room was clean and had a large window slider to look out at nature. The owner added extra touches the soft large towels was a nice alternative to the scratchy towels you normally get. Outdoor kitchen was well equipped. The owner has put in a lot of extras to make out stay enjoyable.

AMAZING & Authentic Costa Rica jungle experience!

This newly built property is beautiful and Aaron was a fantastic host, who knows all the great people & places to go in the area. WILDLIFE EVERYWHERE! I loved the sound of the river & birds in the morning with my coffee :-) The pool/property was amazing - snuggled in the middle of the jungle (rugged & authentic Costa Rica) I highly recommend this property & we will be back soon! We are rebooking for next year already....
