Super dirty place. Roaches and they change towels every 7 days. For people staying long term might work, definitely not a regular hotel. People at reception are super kind and helpful.

This is a property for working people in pemex oil company. The place is dirty, these are suites not a regular hotel with limited, amenities. We insisted and insisted on having them to clean up but they do it every 7 days. There are roaches and an awful smell. The place is quiet which is good. The people at reception are very kind.

A really great choice for extended stays. Close to lots of shopping and room equipped with large fridge, microwave, etc., for quick meals. Very quiet at night, most quests were people going to work the next day. Everyone was very respectful and responsible

La TV no servía, solo tienen TV por cable y pocos canales. Las bases de camas en las esquinas son puntiagudas, nos golpeamos 3 personas y lastimaron. El cuarto olía mal, el clima estaba raro. No volvería a hospedarme.

El personal muy amable, el acceso fue cómodo rápido. En lo personal la cadena no es mala, pero las condiciones del hotel y servicios es malo. La habitación estaba muy descuidada, los muebles con deterioro y habitaciones con humedades. El baño no servía bien y la regadera apenas sacaba agua fría. Te ofrecen vajilla reutilizable lo cual es bueno, pero lo que no te dicen es que no es parte de sus servicios con la habitación, ni del hotel, si no es tienda porque te venden desde 1 vaso hasta una sartén para que puedas hacer uso de lo que ya estás pagando en la habitación. En resumen no lo recomiendo en lo más mínimo.
