Perfect and very friendly staff perfect clean breakfast buffet wonderful and we paid a good price for the room!you in middle of all stores in the downtown you just walk outside and you there!beautiful rooftop view!

Perfectly fine hotel in downtown CDE. Nice views of the city from the top floor, and the breakfast buffet was tasty. No real complaints about the hotel.

Bom custo benefício, mas o hotel já está merecendo uma reforma. Muito bem localizado para compras, alimentação e diversão. Café da manhã é razoável. Sempre sou muito bem atendido, são pessoas educadas, atenciosos e prestativas, tudo que precisamos em um hotel. Nesta última estada a pessoa que realizou o check-out quebrou esta impressão, pois não gostou de minha negativa de consumo de uma água mineral e passou a tratar-me como um mentiroso, demonstrando arrogância e desdenho dos Brasileiros. Permaneci 10 dias no hotel e realizei várias refeições no seu restaurante e não negaria o consumo de uma simples água mineral do frigobar. Mas felizmente o episódio localizado com a atendente não alterou minha impressão da equipe no geral, pois são pessoas excelentes.

horrible experiencia
Mala atencion en recepcion el dia domingo por la mañana, mal caracter de una recepcionista (sin lentes), las paredes muy finas, se escucha todo lo que habla el de la otra habitacion, ducha con poco caudal, paredes sucias, desayuno con tortas secas y de feo sabor. Querias un cafe de maquina y tenes que pagar aparte. Me cobraron mas dinero a traves de hoteles.com que pagando en recepcion

Hotel muito agradável, confortável, limpo, café da manhã muito variado e gostoso, terraço com piscina e um restaurante com ótimo atendimento, boa comida e preços. Hotel fica 10 minutos a pé do LAGO shopping, onde tem um supermecado (Salemma) e uma loja de importados (Choice) que funcionam até 22hs, muito bom para passear depois quie as lojas do centro fecham

Excelente hotel em Ciudad del Este!
Hotel excelente! Quarto amplo, camas muito confortáveis, banheiro amplo e chuveiro ótimo, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente e silencioso, limpo, café da manhã muiiiito bom e o ambiente é muito aconchegante. A localização é ótima também e para quem fica hospedado neste hotel não precisa nem de carro para se locomover por lá pois é pertinho de tudo, tem vários cassinos ao lado do hotel e restaurantes. O atendimento do hotel é fantástico, todos muito educados e simpáticos. Super recomendo este hotel e quando eu voltar para lá, com certeza ficarei hospedada lá novamente.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación. Se puede ir caminando al área principal de compras. Flexibilidad para realizar el checkout. Hay restaurant dentro del hotel lo único es que cierra temprano

Hotel em ótima localização, bem próximo das lojas grandes, rápido check in e CHECK out. Cama gostosa, isolamento acústico bom, café da manhã muito bom. Banheiro com ducha fraca porém espaço, cabe duas pessoas tranquilo. Ótimo custo benefício. Vale à Pena.
