Great place to stay! Very close to all appointments you need to go to in relation to your visa appointment. Also very close to mall and other restaurants. Breakfast is amazing and delicious and different everyday. Everyone is very friendly

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Right across the street to the consulate. The issue i had was my bathroom, it had a bad smell which I did tell the maintenance man about but they did not seam to smell it. Until the cleaning lady told the maintenance man about it, then they fixed it.

The staff was very courteous and professional, always ready to help in any way possible. The room was clean with great air conditioning. Breakfast was pretty good and the dining room is spacious and clean. I recommend this hotel 100%.

The room was very clean I highly recommend it to anyone. Weather you are visiting for business or pleasure or here on a consulate appointment I recommend this hotel. It's close to the consulate, restaurants ,the mall it's very convenient . All the staff from front desk to housekeeping is awesome very friendly and helpful.

It was a really great hotel and the staff was amazing. Everyone was helpful and really nice. I enjoyed my stay with them and the driver Isaias was one of the best. On Saturday’s there’s tours and he took us to some great place. Teresa from cleaning was also absolutely amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed in our rooms and any questions we had she answered. I really do recommend this hotel from the food to making it easier for you during your process.

They were very welcoming, we stayed 10 days. The only downside was no mini fridge in the room so we were having to eat out on the street quite a bit. The breakfast was plentiful, and a good variety daily, fresh fruit, juice, and a lot of coffee. The coffee was all day. They also had a local variety of pan dulce, and cheeses, and beans and salsa. I would stay again
