Dreamy Apartment A12 with Pool, Terrace, and Wi-Fi

In the small village of Cala'n Bosch, at the southwestern tip of Menorca, the beautiful holiday home A12 is located in a complex with several apartments sharing a spacious outdoor area. The accommodation is on the ground floor and offers a living room with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. You will also find Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV. Outside, there is an open, furnished terrace perfect for dining together in the fresh air. Start your day with a delicious breakfast under the Menorcan sun or enjoy mild summer evenings with a glass of wine. The communal pool, children's pool, and outdoor shower are ideal for cooling off on hot summer days.



Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are 250 m or a 3-minute walk away, and the nearest beach, Cala'n Bosch, is 550 m or a 6-minute walk from the property.



Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are included.
