Situated in the Cala Blanca urbanization in Ciutadella de Menorca, the holiday house "Els Arbocers 131-2" is located in a very quiet and familiar environment, approximately 200 metres from the beach, 240 metres from the spectacular natural cave "Cova de s'Aigua" and kilometres from the historic centre of Ciutadella.

This is a duplex flat of 57 m2 recently refurbished with capacity for 4 people. Independent accommodation with a private outdoor area, ideal for enjoying a well-deserved and quiet holiday.

The property offers guests beautiful sea views from its balcony. This accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom, garden, 2 open terraces, 1 covered terrace area, barbecue and an outdoor shower on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms (2 single beds in each room), 1 bathroom and a balcony. Additional equipment and amenities include high speed wifi, washing machine, TV, air conditioning and garden furniture. This property has recycling containers. Towels, bed linen linen and tourist tax are included in the price. Free parking is available on the street.
