Villa Marcolis Mar - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

Villa Marcolis Mar, along with its neighbouring sister properties, is situated in a sought after, elevated position in Cala Galdana. A 10 minute downhill walk takes you into the heart of the resort with a good selection of restaurants, shops and bars. A little further lies a beautiful horseshoe shaped beach which is famously known on the island as the Queen of Bays. Shallow waters, golden sand and a wide range of activities on offer will have you returning to the beach time and again. 
For lazy days at the villa the glorious pool provides welcome relief from the hot Menorcan sun, whilst the shaded dining area is the perfect setting for leisurely barbeques. Inside, this beautifully decorated villa features a light and airy open plan living/dining area and separate kitchen on the ground floor, whilst the three air conditioned bedrooms, the master double featuring a private en-suite bathroom and balcony, can be found upstairs. 
**Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings. 
This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 170cm wide along with 3 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm and other doors that access the pool area are the lounge patio doors which are 84cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 200cm wide, the grounds are all flat but there is one step before the pool and the pool has steps to enter. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest is up 16 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 70cm wide.
