Villas Begonias by Escape Home

Las Villas Begonias are located in the Cap D'Artrux area in the town of Cala en Bosch, just five minutes' drive from the sandy beach and only fifteen minutes' walk from Cala'n Bosch marina, where you will find a good selection of shops and restaurants. These villas are of classical style inside, whilst maintaining their typical Menorcan characteristics. They are situated on a single storey and have air conditioning in the lounge and in all bedrooms. The villa has three bedrooms, two of which have two single beds in each room and share a full bathroom. The third bedroom is a double with a double bed and en suite bathroom.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and has all the elements you need to cook during your stay.

The lounge-dining area includes satellite TV and free WIFI.

The exterior terrace is most beautiful, not only for its spaciousness but also for the view it offers of the pool; it is where we will spend most of our time enjoying our holiday. Not forgetting the brick-built barbecue, located on the side of the terrace. Las Villas Begonias are assigned upon arrival, each villa has a private pool and garden/terrace, this may vary in shape and size depending on each plot.

Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of les Illes Balears, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.

For groups made up of guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
