"Good contact with the host before our arrival and we were able to find the property very easily.A very nice welcome from Sonia (our host) who showed us around the property and explained how everything worked. Sonia obviously pays very good attention to what's required by her guests to make their stay enjoyable, we certainly had everything we needed.From the bedroom balcony we had a lovely but fairly distant view of the open sea but the beach was actually quite close, in fact less than a five...

"Pros: Sin duda perfecta para pasar unos días. Está bien ubicada en el centro de ciutadella y tiene muchos estris para cocinar, punto a favor porque la mayoría de veces hay muy pocos"

"It was a wonderfully relaxing stay, property was clean but there was a bit of mould in the bathroom and the sofa in the lounge needed a bit of attention. Toni was there to greet us when we arrived and he couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you for a lovely week away!"

"Pros: The location was great. The size of the house was great too - family of 4 fitted in well. Cons: The place felt a bit tired. Cupboard handles missing, shower rose not fitting in holder. There was a lack of bbq utensils, no chopping board etc. so that made it harder when cooking at the place. It wouldn’t take much to fix it up."

"The photos of this small apartment in the pretty bay of Cala Morell are very flattering and far from reality. The paint on the floor is crumbling from damp, there's an awful smell of cat urine, wires are sticking out of the electricity meter, every other light bulb is out of order, the shower curtain is moldy, the garden furniture is almost non-existent and in a sorry state, and the paint on the table is crumbling .... In short, the apartment could be attractive if it were better maintained, but...

"Pros: Host very welcoming and very responsive to requests. House was practical and reasonably well equipped. Had all the charm and idiosyncrasies of an old property. Cons: With a quirky layout comes slight inconvenience of bathrooms on floor below the bedrooms. However a small price to pay for the chance of staying in a lovely old stone house."
