"I loved every moment at the Agriturismo San Galgano. Beautifully restored for modern times, interior decoration appointed with excellent taste. Lovely pond and pool on the property. It is very convenient to have the restaurant on the property. The location is magical right next to the famous Abbey of San Galgano. Looking forward to returning in the near future. "After debating between many Tuscan vineyards/B&Bs to stay at, I am so glad we picked this one. The venue was beautiful, the room was nice and clean (with AC), and they had a gorgeous remote pool overlooking the vineyard. The people working were all incredibly kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, in addition to the owner. We enjoyed a wine tour/tasting and a cooking class, and had dinner at their restaurant that was one of our best meals in Italy. Our only...

Top Civitella Paganico Hotel Reviews

Hotel Athena

10/10 Excellent

"Over all a good hotel in a good location, a little dated but clean and breakfast good"

Castello di Velona Resort Thermal SPA & Winery

10/10 Excellent

"Stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon and it was an incredible experience. The view is simply breathtaking and the castle is extremely charming. Food (breakfast and diner) and wine at the restaurants are high quality, inspired and locally sourced, though expensive. Their Brunello is VERY good. The thermal spa experience is unique in the region and is awsome, especially during the fall season when it is cooler outside. The room was super clean and the staff was very helpful throughout the entire week, and we felt welcomed at any time of day. 15 min by car from Montalcino, strongly recommend to rent a car since it is slightly remote. Overall 9.5/10, strongly recommend for a special occasion."
