"We routinely stay at this specific hotel when we visit Williamsburg. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and it’s a quiet hotel even when it’s full. It is also at a very convenient location for Busch Gardens and the Outlet mall. The only thing that I ca. mention is that the breakfast is an additional charge and is essentially the same breakfast that is free elsewhere. That’s a drawback. We will be regular customers due to the staff and the upkeep of the hotel!"

"Hotel was nice and clean and very close to Busch Gardens (3) minutes, they had a shuttle but we were unaware. Remote control was missing a battery so no television the first night we were too tired to go to the lobby after we settled in for the night. Other than that, the room was clean and we had a good stay."

"We stayed for a quick overnight after going to Busch Gardens during the day. Check in was super simple, staff were polite, and breakfast had good options. We really liked that the shower didn’t have a tub attached and how spacious the bathroom felt. The hotel was also in a super convenient location for food and shops. We would absolutely stay again."
