This room was so nice I overslept! Clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. The bathtub literally shone. Friendly staff. Nice extra touches, water in the room, Netflix on the TV (didn't have to use my account!). This was a perfect stay.

The front counter staff was very friendly. When we checked in and walked in our room it was 56 degrees in the room. It was freezing! The heat took sometime to heat up but thank goodness it did. Ski-in/out mountainside condo close to everything with full kitchen - tranquil
Hallway temp was WAY too hot as was temp in condo with no way to adjust thermostat.Directions to parking lot unclear and could not find back up lock box. Gorgeous Ski Chalet with Game Room & Hot Tub on Okemo Mt. under 1 mile to base!
