"Fabulous location right in the heart of ByWard Market and such a yummy breakfast - don’t miss out. Room were clean and comfortable. And the roof restaurant is always fun with outdoor fire tables and a beautiful view downtown, great to watch the fireworks if titter there for Canada Day🇨🇦. You could hear the craziness in the streets last night after the soceer game but the hotel provided ear plugs if you needed them. Love the Andaz!"

"Overall, its a quality hotel for the price. Located conveniently, quiet and pretty clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff missed a couple of items in our room but not a huge deal. Breakfast is ok. Pretty basic but not bad, all the standard items. Air conditioner works well which is essential for me."

"This was a fine property. The only unfortunate drawback is the homeless shelter right across the street that was part of our path to downtown. No one bothered us and we're not criticizing them or the city; it's just sad to see so many people on the sidewalk laying down. homeless"

"Room was very big and clean. Reception gave us a main floor room as we had my puppy with me. Very considerate of them to offer. What I love about this hotel specifically is that you need your key to access the floors. In addition, after a certain hour the doorway leading to the rooms was also locked. Extra security. Parking was nice and convenient. Would recommend to fam and friends."

"Staff was very friendly. Given its location it’s easy to navigate check in and out, just wish they had a few more parking spots at the front. No sponge or laundry detergent was provided but thankfully there’s a dollarama close by I loved the suite amenities such as the balcony+ view and kitchen and those would be the reasons I’d rebook. Overall a good stay."
