"Awesome location--just beside the Pemigewasset River. There is a path between cabins with direct access to a gorgeous stretch of the river perfect for reading, swimming, and enjoying nature. I stayed in the motel portion of the property, and the room was pretty small but still comfortable. The enclosed private porch was great. Would come again!"

"The cabin was beautiful and looked brand new. Everything was clean and in good order on our arrival. Everything in the cabin worked as it should with a full kitchen and cookware. The location was beautiful, the outdoor sauna and fire pit (wood not provided) was overlooking a serene brook. The cabin is located roughly five minutes from the town of Lincoln, where you can find anything you need, while also being next to the beautiful mountains of New Hampshire. The checkout instructions were hassle free. Would definitely stay again and use this host. "
