The home is located in Paradise Grove, a peaceful golf cart-friendly community near Nolin Lake. The neighborhood is perfect for relaxing lake getaways, evening golf cart rides, and enjoying time with family and friends.

Guests have access to several community amenities, including pickleball courts, gathering areas, a community fire pit, games, and a clubhouse. A community pool is currently under construction and expected to be completed soon.

The property is also conveniently located just minutes from Wax Marina, making it easy for guests who plan to boat, rent pontoons, or enjoy a day on Nolin Lake. Wax Marina offers boat rentals, supplies, and lake access for a full day of fun on the water.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new, top-of-the-line appliances. Guests may use the standard coffee maker and Keurig, cookware, dishes, and utensils for preparing meals during their stay.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the private deck and backyard space, including the hot tub, gas grill, and fire pit. These areas are perfect for relaxing after a day at the lake or gathering with friends and family in the evenings.

Additional Notes for Guests

Pets are welcome; however, there is a $250 pet fee per pet. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

This is a strictly non-smoking property, and smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home.

A golf cart is available to rent for an additional fee. Please reach out to HG4 Properties if you are interested in reserving it during your stay.

Parties, gatherings, and large events must be pre-approved by HG4 Properties. Please contact us in advance if you are planning anything beyond a standard guest stay.

The property has space to park one boat trailer.

We also partner with Wax Marina and are currently working on securing slips there for guest use. If you are interested in marina access during your stay, please reach out to Wax Marina.
