We live in the vicinity and frequently drive by our homes. We are very attentive to our guests and we are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Quiet and mature neighborhood near Fort Campbell Army Base.

Guests have access to the entire home including the front and back yards. The garage is off-limits.
We are able to offer an early check-in for $10 per hour, when available. Late checkouts are not possible.

This is a self-check-in property. You will receive a personalized 5-digit door code for the duration of your stay. This door code will be provided the morning of the reservation.

We kindly ask you to respect our home and treat it as your own. However, we know that things might get damaged or broken by accident. Please relax as all our homes come with $500 "ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE". Let us know and we can get it taken care of at no expense to you.

Please remember that you’re staying in our house, not a hotel. Please treat our space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

There is garage access only for reservations of 14 days or longer at $3 per day/night.

One washcloth/towel is provided for each guest listed on the reservation.

No extra linens or blankets are provided. If more guests are joining your stay, let us know to update the reservation so that we may leave prepare the home accordingly.

There is no cable tv. The tv is a smart TV with Roku Channels. This means you can stream movies, channels, Netflix, Hulu, etc. A listing with cable tv will have "Cable TV" listed as an amenity.

We do not de-ice or shovel the driveway during winter months.

The thermostat has parameters set. The heat will go no higher than 74 Degrees Fahrenheit and the A/C (cooling) will go no lower than 72 Degrees Fahrenheit.

Please read and agree to House Rules when making your reservation.

There is an additional guest fee per person/night of $10 for the 4th guest and up. The guest fee will be calculated on the quote breakdown when entering the correct guest count into the reservation or inquiry. Only registered, paying overnight guests are permitted at the residence. The guest fees allow us to offer the home at cost effective prices to small and large groups (example- a home can sleep 10+ guests but a lower rate allows 2-4 guests to rent it as well). Please ensure you have the correct guest count and make any changes before the start of your reservation. Refunds for additional guest fees are at the host’s discretion.

Start-up quantities of amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Replenishment is up to the guest as they see fit.

Guests with allergies and related medical issues and/or sensitivities- we cannot 100% guarantee that the vacation rental is free of pet dander, cigarette smoke, air fresheners/cleaning product scents, or any other elements that may trigger a medical problem or sensitivity.

For your safety and protection of the home, there are exterior cameras located on the front of the home. There are no interior cameras.

Nice house

A very nice house with plenty of room and very clean. We stayed due to an unexpected funeral of our great niece who died in a car crash at the age of 26. A very short trip as we are from South Carolina and drove a long way. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of room.

Nice place

The vacuum doesn’t work there was pet hair on the floors from previous occupants and the kitchen was limited on useful items to cook with. There was also visible damage around the house and not many toys to play with. However, the stay was nice, a great neighborhood and location. I enjoyed the stay and had a great time. The issues did not hinder my stay as I would stay again.

Nice home for a family!

The owners/management were great to work with. They were very responsive to any issues or concerns. We had 3 pets and they were one of few that accepted them which we were very thankful for. The neighborhood is very active with kids, dogs and people out walking. Seems like a family friendly neighborhood. We would stay here again!

Updates are needed

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. The pictures of this property are a misleading. The decor is nice but the place could use a good cleaning and updates (paint peeling, shower downstairs is hard to turn on, beds uncomfortable, etc). One of our guests actually stepped on a tack strip on the stairs which causes a pretty big cut/bleeding wound. The rest of the time we were all afraid to walk without shoes. I would not recommend this property.

Horrible experience with getting our deposit refunded.

Horrible experience with the owner, they did not refund our deposit until we contacted them via message on 04.27.21. We had checked out 04.15.21. I also followed up with a phone call to the owner on 04.28 and he was clearly upset we were following up, a he began speaking to me demeaning, yelling "what is the problem" over and over, told me it was VRBO's responsibility to refund our deposit and wouldn't allow me to speak. This was totally unprofessional. I then contacted VRBO and they indicated they did not see the deposit or that is was refunded on their end. VRBO also stated the owner should have refunded our deposit, not VRBO as the owner told me. VRBO assisted us with getting the deposit refunded. We rent all the time through VRBO, this was the WORST experience. We still have not seen a credit on our credit card for the refundable deposit.

Weekend getaway to visit son at Ft Campbell

House was perfect for my family. We traveled to help my son move into his new home off base. The owners even helped accommodate my son and his wife at another property, because there new home was not ready. Will definitely stay with them again....
