Escape to our spacious European-Cottage inspired lakefront retreat on Kerr Lake, perfect for families and groups. Bring your boat and enjoy the private deep-water dock, relax by the firepit overlooking the water, or spend evenings in the game room.

Park your boat at our dock. 10 mins to Boat ramp. Ride into downtown Clarksville for ice cream, shopping, a brewery, and several great restaurants. Drink coffee in the morning on the deck and watch deer and other wildlife frolic on our property.

Fish, swim, or kayak right from our back yard. The house includes 2 adult-size kayaks with your rental.

Rainy day? No problem! We have ping pong, fooseball, and a spacious game room full of board games, a card table, books, and old school Nintendo games! Private Smart TVs in every bedroom!

Home away from home

Absolutely wonderful stay, great house and close to grocery store and restaurants!! Rained a couple times, but enjoyed the ping pong table and that HUGE deck overlooking the water!!! Deer and wildlife everywhere!!

Beautiful Comfortable Home!

This property is a truly unique and special place. The location right on the lake is perfect, the home is cozy and has everything you would need, the beds are very comfortable, and the decor is so well done! The toys in the basement room, and all the games were very much appreciated by our daughter! The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Clarksville.

Quiet & Relaxing

Location is superb for a quiet relaxing environment. The owners quickly answer questions and greets you with a basket of goodies. Great open space for kitchen and living room and a great dining room. Living room furniture is dated and soiled and in need of upgrade. Bottom level needs a bathroom and steps going downstairs are a little steep. Cleanliness is adequate but a little more attention would be great.

Wonderful family weekend getaway!

My family stayed at this lovely house during a trip to Clarksville to visit my grandmother for her birthday. The house very comfortably fit our group of 8 adults and 4 kids (ages 0-5). The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. The welcome basket of cookies, coffee pods, and wine was very much appreciated! The playroom downstairs was so helpful with the kids and my brothers and dad played several rounds of ping pong in the garage. Our only regret was that we were not there in the summer to enjoy the outdoors! Brooke was responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend staying at this house when visiting Clarksville!

Wonderful Weekend

There were 8 family members that stayed here as we traveled in for my daughter's wedding. The layout of the house was perfect and very roomy that allowed us to spread out and made getting ready on the wedding day a breeze. Upon arrival, the house was clean for the most part. The front porch could use a good cleaning. The stairs to the basement are very steep and the overhand is low. The first day, someone hit their head going down the stairs. I would recommend a sign to warn people. Overall the hose was lovely and we had a great time. One suggestion- Splurge a little on the toilet paper.

The best house and owners on the lake.

We had a gathering of friends to enjoy the out doors. The owners and house was perfect. I really don't want to say too much because we don't want others to rent this house before we can again. This house has age to it. But It has been well taken care of. The location was perfect for us to enjoy the lake. The house has plenty of space for everyone. The large deck and fire pit was a big hit for us. The communications with the owners was above par. They made sure to communicate all the information we need to know. If we had issues to contact them. We had no issues. Thank y'all for sharing the home.

Perfect for our needs!

We rented this house for extended family bc of its convenient location to our own home on the lake. It was exactly what we needed. It has plenty of bedrooms, a spacious deck with a great woodsy view of the lake (perfect for our corn hole game), a well outfitted kitchen open to the cheery living room, and a wonderful downstairs den/TV/play space with games and plenty of toys for kids. The stairs to the basement area are quite steep so not suitable for anyone who might be unsteady, as is the front entrance way with several steps up and down - we had to use the garage to enter the house to avoid the front door approach. That said - it was a super location and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much Carmen and Red!

Spacious, charming, and remote gem

The abundance of space in this property felt like home, rather than a lakefront cottage. Good sized rooms throughout, with the bonus room/play area and guest room on the lower level were more than adequate for our needs but would have been great for a larger family or group share situation. We found most of what we needed in the kitchen, and due to the proximity to grocery stores and restaurants - compared with what we're used to - it was easier for us to dine in. A little more organization of drawers/cabinets would have saved time spent searching/shopping for one or two basics (baking sheet, foil or plastic wrap). We made it work so no doubt others will as well. It was nice to be welcomed with a gift basket of helpful goodies and a binder with info on the house and area in general, a nice touch. The decor was one of the most impressive features of all. Creatively refurbished pieces, classic/vintage accent pieces, tasteful Southern style with a modern touch, and framed art throughout gave this home those extra special touches you don't find often, perhaps not even in your own home. Brooke and Red have put a lot of time, attention and love into this lakeside retreat, and it shows.

The area is wonderful for fishing and the house is in such a good spot, the hosts were very nice to communicate with, the only complains we have are with the cleaning service, there was hair on the beds, a looks to be used condom behind one of the nightstands, eyelashes on the back deck and used paper towels beside the grill, the grill was covered in grease and just nasty, the cover wasn’t on it and leaves and acorns have gotten all in it

Perfect family getaway

My extended family is growing with lots of kids and this location was perfect to fit us all, and had toys and the space to accommodate us comfortably. We loved the private dock and access to the kayaks! It made our stay so much fun and we can't wait to return!

Babysitting Grandparents

As grandparents in charge of 3 grandsons during their parents European vacation, we were looking for a short-term stay on the water. This place was as advertised. Easy to get to. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Rented a pontoon boat nearby and docked at the cottage for 4 days. Fun on the water.

Family Reunion

The house was as described. It was clean and decorated very nicely. The grandsons enjoyed the game room in the garage and the kayaks. We were able to put our boat in easily and keep it at the dock while we were there. Sitting around the fire pit was a great place to enjoy our evenings.

Lake House for Fishing Tournament

Nice property on a quiet cove in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely recommend it. Only downside is the trees and narrow road made parking a trailered boat somewhat treacherous. We made it work but it would be difficult for many.
