Staff promptly answered all calls to the front desk and was able to answer my questions. Loved the music playing throughout the hotel."

"This room was fine for the price paid, definitely not deserving of an excellent rating. It's a dated and dingey property but I do think they try to make the best of it. We were there in April and it was very quiet. Beds were terrible, though. If you have any back/joint pain, I would recommend going elsewhere. Location is excellent."

"nice room with comfortable bed...has a fridge but no microwave....they need to put a mircowave in the rooms...nice hot shower and the room was very clean.....nice hot breakfast and super friendly staff...Sue called me herself to make sure all was ok....my phone in the room was dead and I told the front desk...it never got fixed so I guess they were busy....I didn't really need it so it didn't matter to me...didn't have a clock in the room...I think they should put an alarm clock in the rooms for people who need it...desserts and ice cream at nice was a nice treat...would stay there again for sure....."

"We saw baby cockroaches in the rope fence, chair and one in our room. But all in all, kids had so much fun. The line is not crazy on slides which is great. "

"Clean room, friendly staff, great pool and breakfast. Room smelled a little musty at first entry, but improved with air on higher setting. Room was bigger than expected for an older building. Great location next to Titanic museum and many shows and restaurants."
