Newly Renovated 4014 Fabulous Studio at Suncadia Lodge

Enjoy your stay at Suncadia Lodge in our newly renovated privately owned studio condo overlooking the Glade spa. Our studio features a king size bed, pull out queen sofa and galley kitchenette with the basics:coffee and a small fridge for any perishables or perhaps a chilled beverage for your vacation away.

As guests of our privately owned unit, the friendly staff at the front desk will check you in. You have access to the wonderful concierge service, multiple dining options and on site bar, coffee shop, full service spa, and outdoor pool and hot tub at the lodge.

**Guests of our unit have full access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at the main lodge. Please inquire if these are “open” prior to your stay.

**Please note that as a guest to our privately owned studio at Suncadia resort, you DO NOT have access to the Swim and Fitness Center (water slide pool) OR Nelson Farm Pool.

**If you need anything during your stay, ie: supplies, housekeeping, or maintenance, please contact us directly. Suncadia is not responsible for privately owned units. We have a fantastic cleaner who lives close by and is typically on site daily.

You can enjoy both adventure and relaxation whether golfing, fishing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, tennis, and hiking! Golf trip

It was an enjoyable stay at a great location. The trees were beautiful. Nearby Roslyn is the shooting location of the tv show from the 90s called Northern Exposure. If you are a fan of the show, or want some nostalgia, it is worth the10 minute drive from the property.

Wedding weekend

Great rental for a wedding weekend. Quick communication with owners. Easy check in process. Unit was clean and comfy! Enjoyed the on property food and the hiking trails right outside the Lodge. Shuttle service from Lodge across the property was quick and helpful to get me to wedding events without having to drive!

Great place to stay!

We had a fabulous stay in this condo at Suncadia. It had everything we needed and located on a quiet end of the resort. It’s located in the 4th floor and is a journey from the elevator. When we checked in we got a tip from the bell man to park in the Spa parking lot (take Big Hill road before you get to the lodge) and park on the side o the lodge. We then entered in the stairwell and just went up 2 flights. MUCH EASIER and quicker than going through the main lobby and elevator route. We appreciated the kitchenette, kurig and nice size mini fridge. Only suggestion would be a drying rack for dishes :). We also appreciated the binder with info (one possible updat is the location of the garbage drop, go past room 4062 then it’s on your right) It was so nice to have to windows open, shades open and allow lots of natural light in. We had deer right outside our window. This does not have a view of the river but honestly we didn’t mind. We just enjoyed our forested view. Suncadia: property level of service was not quite up to snuff but that is NOT reflected on the owner of this condo. The condo is great! I would advise passing up restaurants on property and go to Swiftwaters and the Roslyn Hispanic restaurant (you won’t be sorry!) We would most definitely stay here again! Thank you again for the use of your condo!

August Suncadia Visit

This unit was clean and perfect for our three night visit. We have come to Suncadia every summer for over five years and usually stay in a house with our family, but this year, since families have grown. We did the lodge. The only glitch was not the fault of the unit owners, it was a technical issue with the door and the key cards. Upon getting the key cards and trying them at the door, we discovered the lock mechanism was faulty, there was no power coming to the lock. It did not turn either green or red. Called the front desk and they told us to wait there for engineering. They did not come after about 30 minutes so we decided to leave our bags at the bell desk while we waited and went to hang out with our family at the house. It was 4:45pm or so when we left the lodge. They said they would call us when it was fixed. We waited for four hours before calling the front desk to see if it was resolved. They aid that it got fixed about 8:00, but forgot to call us. So we went back to check in. By this time it was about 9:30pm. They gave us a $150 credit for the inconvenience. The next day, two units down we saw another couple checking in and they were sitting in the hall with their luggage. Key cards not working. Hopefully they did not have to wait long. But the room itself was great. Snacks were a nice touch along with Keurig with plenty of coffee. The kitchen was extremely clean. A great unit once the room lock issue was resolved, and we would stay again.
