"Zen Den" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort in the desirable Trailhead Townhome complex. This is a luxurious, pet friendly home that boasts four master suites, a private hot tub, and backs up to the driving range! Centrally located within a short walk to the Glade Spring Spa, dinner at the Lodge, or the Prospector Golf Course. From the moment you walk in the door you’ll feel right at home in this luxurious four bedroom townhome. The main living area boasts a fully stocked granite kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas cooktop. The dining table expands to seat 8 comfortably with an additional 2 at the kitchen bar. The comfortable couches and chairs offer a relaxing spot to watch your favorite show or just warm up around the cozy gas fireplace.

Just off the great room is a fantastic outdoor living space with views of the Prospector Golf Course driving range and a gas fire pit. The whole family will enjoy relaxing in the warm, private hot tub just steps off the back patio. The whole family will enjoy playing ping-pong and shuffleboard in the garage game room!

This property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, nicely appointed, and in a convenient location if you want proximity to the Lodge and to the new shopping/restaurant area that is being built. We spent a lot of time enjoying the covered porch with the fire pit.

Beautiful home and a great location!

We visited for a Girl's Weekend and loved the 4 bedrooms all with their own bathroom. The home was beautiful with all the necessary amenities. We could walk across the street to the Suncadia Lodge. We enjoyed the many walking trails, the hot tub and out door gas fire pit.

Our family, absolutely loved staying here! The house was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, very conveniently located, and had all of the items necessary for a wonderful stay. My kids especially loved the ping-pong table in the shuffleboard along with the hot tub. Will definitely stay here again!

This townhome is so great! It is so much bigger in-person; the pictures do not do it justice. The home has everything you need and has probably been the cleanest property we have stayed at in Suncadia. The property managers were really easy and helpful to communicate with. We will definitely stay here or at sister property again.

Family reunion

With seven adults, three young kiddos, and three family dogs, we needed lots of space. The Zen Den was perfect. Every room had a private bath and there was adequate space for the pack-n-play cribs. The kitchen/dining space was perfect and my adult kids enjoyed the hot tub. We hadn’t been to Suncadia before, but what a beautiful place! We’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful property and straight forward instructions

Excellent communication and details regarding this rental. A LOT of emails occur the 7 days leading to the stay with much emphasis on rules. Confusing the amount of rules on parking since the rental on the other side of the town home had more cars than we were allowed with cars parked on the vegetation. After we got our bearings, the house is centrally located. Not a private location as it’s right against the sledding hill. Rooms well-appointed and would recommend this rental.

Traveling with multiple generations, it was hugely helpful to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom! Loved watching the sunrise over the driving range green from the hot tub. Short 5 min walk over to the lodge, and 10 mins down to a small playground. Worked great for us! Owners sent maintenance right over when the fireplace wasn’t working and they got it fixed quickly. I guess my only suggestion would be to leave some type of complimentary coffee (we had to do emergency store run).

We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, (which was also very clean), while watching the deer, elk and wild turkeys graze out back. The host was quick to respond to any question, communication was great, we felt right at home!

The home was the perfect size for nine people. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were super comfortable and the games in the garage were great. We spent a lot of time playing ping pong and shuffle board. The hot tub was convenient and we watched deer every morning on the driving range. We had dinner at the winery and rented bikes to ride through the property. The house was super clean. The only thing missing with this property is that you can’t access the lovely pools and the fitness area. You have to rent through the lodge for those amenities. We loved the place and would highly recommend it for other guests.
