Come enjoy this beautifully appointed 3,200 square foot home on a private dead-end road in Suncadia Resort! Spend time relaxing in the large great room with connecting kitchen and dining room or appreciate the surrounding beauty while enjoying the covered outdoor living space and adjacent fire pit. This home was built for entertaining, with a floor to ceiling ledgestone fireplace, game room, gourmet eat-in kitchen, and adjacent dining area. Buttercup Manor is the perfect vacation setting for whole family.

The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the amenities you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 5 at the large kitchen bar, and the over-sized dining table seats 8 comfortably.

* 1st main floor master bedroom has a king bed, TV w/DirecTV, direct access to the back patio and a private en-suite bath with large walk-in shower, a soaking tub and dual sinks.
* 2nd main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV w/DirecTV and a private en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo.
* 3rd bedroom on the main floor is a guest bedroom with a queen bed.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed and a TV w/DirecTV.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom with a king bed.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom is a bonus/bunk room with two sets of twin/full bunk beds, a couch and TV w/DirecTV and an XBox gaming console.
* The upper floor guest bedroom and bunk room are supported by a guest bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* The main floor features a 1/2 bath.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center or the Nelson Farm Pool due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.

Only low point was the hot tub, water was cloudy strong chemical smell. Used it once, made sure to shower after wards.

Awesome home for a large group

We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday with family and friends from across the state and this house was perfect for a fall getaway. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for 10 people, and the hot tub was really fun for our toddlers. The Suncadia area is so beautiful, and this home really encapsulates the relaxing energy of the surroundings.

Family Christmas

We loved celebrating Christmas in this beautiful home! Three generations gathered together with plenty of room.The game room got a lot of use, also the hot tub. We took many neighborhood walks and enjoyed our time together. Close enough to the ski area for some and cozy for others to just spend time at the house. All Seasons Vacation Rentals were wonderful to work with,great communication. We would love to come back!!Thank-you!

We celebrated a 70th birthday and the open concept kitchen into the large great room was awesome. Bonus room upstairs had two bunk beds and a couch with plenty of play space for the kids. Always great walking and bike riding in Suncadia neighborhood and the big toy park area was close by. Only complaint was the downstairs bedrooms were too cold despite turning up the thermostat. Upstairs guests were too warm and downstairs guests were too cold. I didn’t reach out to the property rental company during our stay to address the issue but would do so before renting this property again. Aside from that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend Buttercup Manor!

Beautiful lodge

We reserved this beautiful lodge for my boyfriend’s birthday.. he wanted to rent a cabin and this had the interior feel, but surpassed our expectations! Very homey and able to accommodate a large party. The management were prompt in response and very kind. Would love to come again!
