  • This large 4,000 square foot home has plenty of space to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests in its 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths plus loft.

    (1) King size bed with flat screen smart tv and en suite bathroom as well as walk out porch

    MAIN LEVEL in main home:
    (2) Primary bedroom with King size bed, flat screen smart tv and en suite bathroom (also connects to the large deck area)

    DOWNSTAIRS in main home:
    (3) King size bed with full bath right outside hallway
    (4) Twin size bunk bed (shared bath with bedroom #3)
    (5) Queen size bed with full en suite bath

    UPSTAIRS in main home:
    (6) LOFT above kitchen has a queen size sleeper sofa, 65 inch smart tv and shuffle board table

    Relax and take in the beautiful wilderness in one of the many outdoor spaces (oversized porch with dining table and loungers, patio with firepit & hottub, and walk out porch off guest suite) **PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER ACCESS TO THE SUNCADIA SWIM AND FITNESS CENTER/NELSON FARM POOL AT THIS TIME DUE TO RESORT REGULATIONS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
