1400 sq ft basement apartment close to HAFB, Freeport Center, SLC, Snowbasin Ski Resort, and UTA's FrontRunner commuter train. This is a 3 BR 2 full baths with huge tubs in each. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all major appliances, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils etc. and dining room. All BR have a queen bed. Master BR with walk-in closet, dresser, TV and private bathroom. BR1 has a closet, dresser and TV . Living room with couches, coffee table and big screen TV . W/D incl. Parking for 1-2 cars off of the street.

Clearfield UT

This Vrbo is located in what seems like a nice quiet safe neighborhood. The place itself was clean with plenty of space and was stocked with everything we needed. An off street parking option was available. Our host communicated all instructions ahead of time and clearly. Shopping, grocery and entertainment was just minutes away. We would definitely consider staying here again if returning to the area.

Good location

The property was in a great location for us. Needs a little more detail to cleanliness - wet washcloth in bathtub and pan of oatmeal left in microwave. The place was comfortable and met our needs. Thank you.

Pleasant Stay

I really enjoyed staying in this basement apartment house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and located not too far from major amenities. The beds were comfortable and the shower had amazing pressure and it seemed like forever hot water. It's the little things like an ironing board, iron and rotating fans that made the visit memorable. The shower curtain in the master bath is like mine at my house in Las Vegas so that added a touch of home to my stay. Thanks again.

Clean, convenient & communicative In Clearfield!

Our host, Sofia was great! I needed a place for my team to stay in town and last-minute. I sent a late afternoon request to Sofia and she rallied to get her place ready for my guys within a couple hours! Unfortunately, 1 of my guys accidentally broke her coffee maker. Sofia didn’t get mad, she simply sent me an invoice and I paid it for them. Thanks for your grace and hospitality Sofia- I definitely recommend!

Great layout and rooms!

We loved the stay. The set up makes it fun because the rooms are private but you can go to the main living area to enjoy each other as a group. We loved that we could control the temperature of each room both heating and air conditioning, that everything was clean and that there were enough supplies in the kitchen etc for us to use. Opening the door is a real issue and had I not had my strong 14 year old and patience in waiting for it to unlock and figuring that out then we really would have needed help, which would have been an awful trauma for my 91 year old mother who needed to go to the bathroom.... however, we loved everything else!

Adams place

We couldn’t have picked a better place. It met our needs was perfect for what we needed. Had everything that one would need for staying someplace. Much better than a hotel. Plenty of space, tried our best to not make noise late at night to not disturb the owners. Absolutely loved everything. Our daughter lives just down the street but doesn’t have room for 6 people this made our trip. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay!

Loved our stay at this great place and it worked perfect for our family. Four adults and 2 grandchildren. TV in every bedroom, comfy beds, a large master bathroom and great quiet location. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our family here in Utah. Great host Adam that responded right away to any questions. Thank you!

Very comfortable

I would definitely stay here again. It had everything we needed for comfort. There are minor cosmetic issues but that didn't affect the comfort. You can hear footsteps from the landlord upstairs but no worse than most hotel rooms. Ample closet and pantry space.

Adequate, but not exceptional

This rental is spacious and relatively comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. There is no temperature control in the basement apartment, and even after closing the vents we were very cold all week. The steep cleaning fee led us to believe that this would be an exceptionally clean rental, but we found food on the chairs and kitchen floor, hair in the bathrooms, and sticky food spilled in the fridge. With that said, there aren’t tons of rentals in this area so we would stay again and modify our expectations.

We stayed six nights and really appreciated the amount of room. The layout of the unit was good as were the furnishings. The hosts were great - very helpful. The drawbacks were not having access to the thermostat to control the unit's temperature and having to walk through grass (sometimes wet from rain) to get to the stairwell. The neighborhood was quiet and we would stay here again.

A great clean place! Would stay again.

A great place for the value! Pros: super clean 3 bed, 2 bath basement with a full kitchen, close to the highway, prompt replies by the host, and free WiFi... there was coffee too! Cons (or just an awareness): the driveway to the stairs can be muddy if snowed/rained as you cut thru the yard for a short distance; noise from upstairs after 6am (quiet hours were from 10pm - 6am); and for us, it was cold (we did not contact Adam though). Overall, this place was great and close to what we needed (restaurants, indoor pool, the mall, grocery store, and the highway). Thank you Adam for being a great place.
