The house boasts a large combined living and dining room facing the sea. It includes four bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a three-quarter bathroom all facing the sea; there are also 2 washrooms and an exterior shower. The garden and deck are organized around the sea, steps away from the beach through a private pathway.
