  • A superb apartment facing the sea for 6 people on the second floor in a luxury residence between Plouescat and Cléder. A breathtaking view with a pretty terrace to enjoy breakfast or an aperitif with friends, 30 metres from the beach of Kerfissien.<br>Near the residence, a local market on Sunday mornings on the port square in July and August. Swimming, cycling, walks along the coast (the GR 34 is opposite the residence).<br>A 50 m2 apartment with mezzanine completely renovated, chic and contemporary with a pretty seaside decoration.<br>Large bay windows opening onto the terrace with sea view. An open living room with a south-facing equipped kitchen. On the ground floor a bathroom with shower cubicle (renovated in 2025), a cosy bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs a large bedroom with a large double bed and a trundle bed.<br><br>Traveller access<br>Free parking near the residence.

Sehr nette Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist direkt am Hafen von Kerfissien, daher leider Blick auf viele dort über Nacht parkende Wohnmobile, dafür aber auch direkter Strandzugang, direkter Zugang zum Küstenwanderweg und vom kleinen Balkon wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer!Gerne wieder!
