  • Quiet and spacious house located 200 m from the beaches of Kerfissien, Roguennic and Amiets with large enclosed garden facing south.
    This house is ideal for spending your holidays by the sea, with family or friends and enjoying the GR 34 which passes 150m away for long walks.

    House with all the necessary comforts. You will find on the ground floor:
    - 1 living room dining room with TV and internet
    - 1 fully equipped kitchen. (Induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker,...)
    - 3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed 160x200 and 2 with single bed 90 x190.
    - 1 powder room
    - 1 separate toilet
    - 1 laundry room with washing machine.
    - 1 garage with beach shower

    Upstairs:
    - 1 large area with TV
    - 1 telecommuting corner
    - 2 bedrooms with double beds 160/200
    - 1 bathroom

    Bed linen is provided and your beds will be made on arrival.

    The outside is fully enclosed, the gate will guarantee safety for children.
    You can enjoy the terrace in front of the house, the garden (600 m2) and its furniture. A permanent barbecue is at your disposal.
    Equipment can be loaned on request: surfboards, paddle boards, etc.
    Dogs are accepted under conditions

    Every Sunday morning in July and August you can enjoy the market in the port of Kerfissien, 1.5 km away. Nearby, the nautical club offers kayak, windsurfing or catamaran rentals.

    15 minutes from Roscoff and its pier for the island of Batz, from St Pol de Léon. Plouescat is 10 minutes away. Brest and its airport 40 minutes.

    The house is equipped with a stove and electric radiators to enjoy the charms of the Breton coast in all seasons.

Belle location, excellent emplacement pour decouvrir cette magnifique côte. Calme.Le plus par rapport à d'autres locations : tres bien équipé on peut cuisiner comme chez soi! Même les fruits de merNous etions 8 et la maison offre de grands espaces nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l'étroit.Et le jardin clos bien orienté !

Je recommande a tous , très belle maison avec un très bon confort, ainsi que une très bonne literie.Pour la cuisine il ne manque absolument rien avec une très belle vaisselle.On ce sens comme à la maison, et en plus à 200 m de la mer.
