  • Located in the peaceful village of Clergoux, this 58 m² chalet welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy your own fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, as well as a TV and a fan for your comfort. The interior is all on one level for easy access.



    Outside, relax in your private garden, on the covered terrace or the open terrace—perfect for outdoor meals with your private barbecue. A shared ping-pong table is available for your entertainment.



    Private parking is provided. Up to 2 pets are welcome. There is a bike storage room for cycling enthusiasts.



    The chalet is in the quiet village of Clergoux (400 inhabitants), close to shops and services. A beach and fishing pond are just a 2-minute drive away. The historic Sedières Castle offers concerts every Monday evening in summer, and there are 11 marked mountain bike trails for all levels. Lake Marcillac, 5 km away, offers sailing, water skiing, treetop adventure, and archery.
