Apartment "Chill & Work" central plateau

Located on the central plateau and close to all amenities, the location of this apartment on the first floor of a downtown building will be ideal for your "chill and work" in our capital Auvergnate!

STAY :
A large living room open to the kitchen and workspace with sofa bed, flat screen, coffee table. A dining table for your favorite dishes and four chairs.
For the most music lovers, a Bluetooth speaker is at your disposal and of course high speed internet with wifi.

KITCHEN:
An American kitchen, equipped, domino gas, fridge, microwave, mini oven, grilled bread, Senseo coffee machine, kettle (tea and coffee available). A washing machine 5kg is at your disposal.

BATHROOM :
A bathroom with large Italian shower, vanity unit and mirror, Wc. I put at your disposal a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo.

BEDROOM :
A room with double bed 140x190 (four drawers of storage under the bed), memory foam mattress, with bed linen, quilt 4 seasons. There is also a wardrobe with wardrobe.

Workspace :
Open space on the stay dedicated to your professional activities, desk and chair, ethernet outlet, wastebasket. You will also find a sofa two places convertible.

I put at disposal, an ironing board and of course an iron.

Appartement bien conçu et propre, proche centre ville. Toutes les informations sont données avant l’arrivée , le propriétaire est très réactif. Je recommande cette location.

A la découverte des Puys

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en plein centre de Clermont-Ferrand. L' appartement était propre et agréable à vivre même s'il manquait quelques accessoires pour faire la cuisine. Prévoir tout de même un budget supplémentaire de 57€ (tarif négocié) pour louer une place de parking pour une semaine à 3 minutes à pied (Blaise Pascal). En effet toutes les places aux alentours sont payantes comme dans toutes les grandes villes.

Pour la deuxième fois, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement du centre ville de Clermont-Ferrand. L' appartement est propre, fonctionnel et très bien situé.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit chez Yann. Nous devions être avec nos enfants mais finalement cela ne s’est pas fait comme ça. L’appartement est impeccable, la déco soignée, le confort nickel. Si nous devons revenir à Clermont Ferrand, je réserverai chez Yann sans hésiter! Mercu
