Great location. Took us awhile to find parking so we just ended up in underground parking and paying for that. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean and had plenty of room. Fan didn't work and neither did aircon, but luckily it wasn't too hot so we cracked the windows until the street noise got too loud.

The location is excellent, right on the shopping center where there is also parking and the city center, The girl at the reception was super nice and patient. The room is large and spacious and the price is definitely worth it.

Excellent modern apartment hotel well located

This is an excellent modern apartment hotel very well located in Clermont-Ferrand near the center (Place de Jaude). The front desk was warm and efficient. Breakfast was decent (please supply more veggies and fruit!) with excellent coffee. Ask for a 5th or 6th floor room - great views. Very good price for what we got.

Staff was outstanding. Room was depressing and we checked out a day early. Felt drak, cramped, and institutional. But the sheets were good.

Convenient Underground Car Cark

Centrally located hotel at the heart of the town. Underground car park directly below the hotel was very convenient and easy to access. We had a rear facing room which avoided the street noise at the front. Would highly recommend.

Excellent view and good access from parking lots

The room proposed by the kind receptionist at the checkin date was at the top floor and had a great view. Almost all the tour points were nearby at walking distance. It was also possible to access directly from underground parking to the room by elevator. The filtered portable water was convenient to prepare meals in the room.

We had difficulty finding the property, but I think that was the fault of our GPS. It directed us to an area where we could not drive, and I had to find an underground parking and leave the car and walk. However, when I found it, it was on a street which was drivable. I had also chosen the wrong parking which was less convenient and farther away, not knowing that there was a parking directly below the hotel with a discounted rate. I just left the car where I had gone, as it was already parked, and I would have had to pay for entering anyway. Other than that, everything was just great. We loved the location, just steps away from the shopping center, multiple restaurants and just 10 min. from the cathedral, all right in the center of the city. I would definitely stay there again, especially now that I know I can park directly below the hotel.
