A fixer upper for sure that's not been fixed up. Outside of the property had trash around it, trash can outside was not emptied (maybe trash hadn't been collected yet) but it smelled gosh awful, screen porch door was missing the entire screen/glass piece and dirty. Inside: Birds next w/ loud birds in vent in kitchen (they slept and were quiet at night), kitchen had been sprayed for bugs and the dead ants, etc. were all over the counter-especially by the sink, while sitting in living room a mouse ran across the floor to a nest under a recliner-ish chair, upstairs NO AC. Basement filthy (a basement yes, but don't advertise to sleep there), bathroom in basement was absolutely FILTHY - toilet would leak at the seal every time it was flushed (gush with the flush, not just a slow leak). We had to purchase towels for showering because there were literally 6 towels left for 6 people. Beds were comfortable (including the couch), the shower was newly updated and nice & the owner was nice. Won't even bring up that dates of stay were somehow "incorrect" after planning a 10 hour one-way drive so we had to leave a day early and the cleaning "crew" steadily sat across the street until we left - a day earlier than booked. Overall ... you get what you pay for.
