Welcome to your home away from home in Cleveland’s vibrant Gordon Square Arts District! This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home blends comfort, creativity, and convenience—perfect for families, groups, or work trips.



Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious open-concept layout featuring a cozy living room with a Smart TV and nostalgic Nintendo 64, a modern kitchen with a large island and bar seating, and a dining area for six. There’s also a convenient half bath, in-unit laundry, and a charming art studio to spark your creativity.



Upstairs hosts all three bedrooms:



Primary suite with a king bed, a single sleeper chair, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo



Guest room 1 with a queen bed and a fun Pac-Man arcade game



Guest room 2 with a full-size trundle bed and a twin pull-out—perfect for kids or extra guests

A second full bath with a tub/shower combo completes the upper level.



Outside, enjoy a peaceful front porch with seating, or head to the back deck for al fresco dining, lounging under the umbrella, or grilling on the propane BBQ.

🤫 We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.



🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.

🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

🚭 No indoor smoking (Minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning)

🚬 Smoking outside is permitted

🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.
