The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home in this inviting apartment that comfortably sleeps four. As you step inside, you’re greeted by a cozy living room with a large TV—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Behind the barn door, you’ll find the first bedroom featuring a full-size bed.
Continue through the living room into a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, along with a charming dining table ideal for coffee or casual dining. Just off the kitchen is the second bedroom, also with a full-size bed, and the bathroom, complete with essential toiletries and a relaxing soaking tub.

Getting Around:
Our Tremont location is super walkable — restaurants, parks, and local attractions like the "A Christmas Story" House are just steps away. You’re also just minutes from downtown and major highways (I-90, I-71, I-490), making it easy to drive or grab a quick Uber anywhere in the city. Free street parking is available, and public transit is nearby. The airport is only 15 minutes away!

HOUSE RULES:
NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.
NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.
LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).
PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.
GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.
EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).
Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $30/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule.
As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
