I had an amazing stay here... i had booked a airbnb and got there and just did not like the place or even the area Came to Clarion and Pinky at the front desk just let me forgot about the other place .. she was just a breathe of fresh air.. the room was lovely and comfortable... the beautiful lady that does the breakfast most mornings (unfortunately i forgot her name) she was just sooo lovely .. treated me so well ...between her and Pinky made me feel welcome and valued... i wanted really hot water for my tea and they made sure everyday to get it from the back for me.. they give full proper breakfast included in the price ... waffle machine cereals bacon eggs sausage etc..the whole works ... breakfast was really delicious.....i will definitely be staying here again... It was directly beside the highway so very easy to go also had a restaurant on the property you can have dinner Also about 5 mins or less walk there is a small plaza with tj max , food places etc Only not so good i have was the bathtub was older and need updating But i love this place

Property was clean, bedding was very nice, breakfast was very good and plenty of coffee in the morning…check in easy staff member not over friendly ..asked if coffee was good she said it was for customers ..she walked back in room…did not matter the coffee was empty..

I hated the hairs on the ceiling in the bathroom!!!! The heating sysyem was dated, and it didn't consistently keep the heat regulated. Operating the tv was trash!!! The desk clerk had impeccable customer service. I'm ashamed I forgot her name.

Nestled in a convenient location, the property initially impresses with its commendable cleanliness. However, it became evident that the establishment is in dire need of rejuvenation, not only in its physical appearance but also in the quality of service provided. From the tired carpet underfoot to the worn curtains that hung lifelessly, the decor throughout the property felt outdated and lacked the vibrancy expected in modern hospitality.The night staff, speaking in a monotone, seemed disengaged and uninterested, failing to greet guests with the courtesy expected in the hospitality industry. When asked to repeat information, the response was robotic, with no variation in tone or expression, leaving me feeling unheard and unvalued as a guest.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. American airlines lost our luggage and we were expecting it late in the night. The lady ensured to tell her replacement to keep the luggage safe and we were able to collect it later. If AA suggests checking in the carryons, dont! They will lose it and damage it. Breakfast had enough options and coffee was great and available throughout the day. 7 mins walk to PF Changs.

This property is in a very nice area has a very good restaurant attached but the motel was as dirty as it could be the carpet look like it was 100 years old the people at the desk were not helpful at all I wouldn't answer any of my questions I thought I was in the ghetto and it's a very nice area

We had to leave our booked accommodations unexpectedly overnight. Clarion-Beachwood had an incredibly helpful front desk staff member (Leslie) who was able to help us out with booking and communicated our situation to her manager, who was also incredibly helpful and understanding. This location is clean, incredibly quiet, and provides a nice, hot breakfast (waffles, eggs, breakfast meats) in addition to cold breakfast options (cereal, toast, waffles, yogurt). Could not recommend this place more!

Saving the best for last.
This was a hotel change at the last minute due to booking and staying at the worst hotel ever, Extended Stay America on Orange place, Orange, OH. The Clarion took us in and and made us feel so comfortable. The beds were firm just like we like it. They had morning breakfast and the rooms were very clean. I am so pleased with the customer service as well. Thank you Clarion and Choice Hotels.

Staff was great, but property feels very dated and in need of renovations. Breakfast was ok, typical hotel breakfast. But overall ok if only for getting some rest. Bed was comfortable.
