Clean unit. Comfortable beds, good location. Described as ground floor but 6-8 stair steps to front door. Would have been nice to have garbage bags.

There is a reason there’s no photos in the listing of the front of the building or entry way off the back covered in peanut shells and broken glass. The place was so filthy we left within two hours which required my wife and I to find hotel accommodations at 10pm at night with 2 kids under 5 and abandon the 3 night stay. The highlights, some of which I added photos, include hairballs in every corner of the room, stained towels, hair left in the beds, spiders and mosquitos throughout the apartment, and filthy floors that left my kids feet black with dirt. I’ll spare the details about dealing with the refund and customer service. I typically don’t write reviews but this isn’t out of spite, it’s in case parents or others find themselves in this situation in the future and can skip past this place and book something else. And if you need co cancel the booking just call customer service right away or you won’t get the refund you were promised even though the app and website don’t let you cancel a booking once it already started.
