Impressed with the cleanliness and especially the back yard c/w hot tub and sauna it was a great place to relax. When we arrived there were 2 bar stool that have come apart, we notified the owner and within 1 hour a person showed up and repaired them I was impressed with the response. About the only thing that would have be great would be to have gas bbq. There was a charcoal bbq. Otherwise great place to stay.

This property was a diamond in the rough. Check-In was really easy. the property was very well maintained. was only expecting a Jacuzzi then we show up to a movie room, sauna and a small tiki bar with a TV. did have to Google instructions on how to turn up the temperature on the hot tub. and we had to link the outdoor TV to the phones so we would have a remote. but no complaints. this was a very well maintained property with a lot to offer. thank you to the host for doing a beautiful job.

Great experience!!

This place was great! We booked 2 nights for a bachelorette party and loved our stay. the place was clean, there was a handy binder with recommendations, and the hot tub was icing on the cake. Brian was super responsive when I had questions. definitely will keep this place in mind next time we plan a girls trip!

Really Great Home and Host.

Great property, Great host excellent response times. Nice towels and wash cloths... nice to have 3 bathrooms & 3floors. Nice amenities, private, close to downtown and nice restaurants. Nice huge TV in living room and basement loved the video games also. Good place to stay. Professional hosts. Will stay there when I am in town or one of his other homes. Thanks Brian.

Helpful owner, inexpensive for the size

The house is big and located near Ohio City, downtown, and the west side of the city. It's located right on the highway in a transitional part of the city so the drive up to the residence can make you feel like you're in a depressed neighborhood. But the owner has done a fine job of making the backyard and gated drive way feel like you're on your own The couch in the living room could use a cleaning and the 3-5 house flies that seem to buzz around the kitchen and living rooms are annoying. But the place is clean and spacios. The owner is very responsive.

Cozy home next to so many things

Check in and check out was a breeze. All instructions were very clear and anytime you needed to reach the host he answered right away! The house is located within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do like the beach, zoo, aquarium. Its also very close to aldi, Walmart, target and a bunch of stores within 10 minutes. The neighborhood at first sight looks questionable with run down and boarded up houses but the backyard and hottub are enclosed in a privacy fence and the neighborhood was so quiet the whole time. The house was clean and the basement is awesome to hang out in. It had everything we needed to have an easy going first vacation with our one and a half year old. The only thing I would suggest (not really a complaint) would be curtains on the bedroom windows because the blinds really dont block much light out. I would stay here again if I come back for a cleveland vacation for sure!

The home and yard was spacious for 6 of us and our dog. Once we walked into the unit, you can smell the cleanliness and freshness first and I like that a lot! The house was nicely cleaned and parking was great. Soft towels, comfortable bed. The movie theater style basement was nice with our children. We only had two vehicles, I would say it could fit a total of 3-4 on the drive way. We would definitely book again.

1. This is NOT Ohio City. This place is in a not so good neighborhood. The house next door has boarded up windows with an RV out front with dogs barking constantly. 2. House is not as pictured. The house was damaged- nasty carpet, missing dry wall, busted blinds and closet doors. I reported all of this and was offered money back which I took, however it was at 930 at night. Would have paid for the night as I had two small children, one of which is under 2 yo and a husband getting ready to have open heart surgery. I was threatened with him calling CPD if I didn’t vacate the premise immediately. BEWARE.

Great place for friends to hang out!

We had a laid back bachelor party here with 10 people involved, most of the time we were playing games, hanging out in the hot tub, or playing spike ball/kan jam in the backyard! It was an amazing place to stay for the weekend and we had a blast!

Nice property - responsive owners

Stay was really great. Loved the fenced in backyard. The street is not as good as hoped, that is the only detriment, but the house was recently renovated and everything worked well. Will stay again.
