Perfect fit for our needs.
We booked this place for a basketball tournament at the I X Center. It was a very short drive to and from there which made things convenient for us. The property met all our needs and would stay again if we have the opportunity. The owners were quick to respond to our questions.

Older home, but in excellent condition
We enjoyed our short stay here. Not too far from the rock and hall of fame which was our main goal in coming to Cleveland. Very clean, lots of towels, nice touch on all the spices, and the kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. Would have been nice for some salt for the walkways as they got really slick, but just a minor comment to make. / Very pleased with the house and would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Home Away From Home
I enjoyed the wood floors and the comfortable furniture. The ping pong table was appreciated. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Great location. Easy to get to Edgewater Beach and the Cleveland Children's Museum.

Great Place
We really enjoyed our stay here. My 8 year old son especially loved the ping pong table in the basement. The beds were all comfortable, there were charging stations for electronics everywhere, and the spaces to hang out were plentiful. The location was close enough to everything that we wanted to do and we felt safe in the house and neighborhood. We would stay here again!

Stayed here a week. Extremely clean house. It reminded me of my grandmothers house in a good way. We didn’t cook so I can’t talk about those supplies. The one issue we had in the house was fixed quickly. You are EXTREMELY close to the airport. You will hear takeoff and landing.

Best VRBO stay I’ve ever had
Most importantly, the house was immaculate ! As a bonus, it is beautifully decorated and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare full meals. The house has all the character of an older home AND the technology families need. Mark was incredibly responsive when I had questions. I will absolutely stay here again.

Lovely Home, Just What We Needed
This is a perfect home for a couple or family. Very clean and had everything we needed for a small family gathering. The location was perfect for our visit. The owners also seemed attentive if we needed anything. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to others.

Great house and great location
This house was perfect for my trip to Cleveland. It was a great alternative to a hotel. I live in Tennessee and my son goes to college near Cleveland and being able to be in a house with him instead of renting several hotel rooms was just perfect. We were all able to be together and the location was centrally located to everything. The entertainment room with the ping pong table was especially appreciated. I will definitely be renting again.

Comfortable Cleveland Area Home-Away-From-Home
A clean, home-like spot for our visit to family for a few days. Great value...plenty of room for two, and would be good for a family with children, two couples, or a friend group, if you don't mind sharing one bathroom. The home has a great eating and workspace (my husband had to do some work while we were in town), a large backyard, and has been updated nicely, while still feeling like you are at Grandma's house (in the best possible way :D ). Hosts were very responsive to any questions or comments we had, and checked in (via text) with us after we first arrived to make sure we got started off well. We would definitely consider a return stay while in town.

Awesome place to stay!
Enjoyed a family weekend at this property; the home was immaculate, and the home well stocked with all needed supplied. Mark and Jennifer could not have been nicer or more accommodating! The beds were comfortable, and the decor homey and inviting. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within a short drive of all Cleveland's attractions! HIGHLY recommend this rental!!

Great place to stay!
We really enjoyed staying at this house. It is very clean and a convenient location. The owner communicated with us and made sure we we were doing ok and to let him know if there was anything we needed. Great place, and we felt like we were at home.

lovely trip up to cleveland, although the Browns lost it was still enjoyable. great little house, totally felt like a home away from home. the location was perfect, as stated in another review the house was decorated in an eclectic mix of modern and vintage styles. beds were comfortable and although only one bathroom, the shower was lovely. great place, we will definitely be back.

Great location!
The house was exactly what we needed. It was conveniently located to town and to the Cuyahoga National Park for hiking. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes if you want to cook and we all enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the fireflies each evening. We enjoyed our stay in Cleveland and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here to be close to Oberlin for my son's graduation. It is located on the west side of town and convenient to Oberlin as well as downtown Cleveland. Very clean house with a lot of nice amenities. Hosts responded quickly to questions/requests. Thank you so much! We all loved the place

Cozy Cleveland visit.......
In the Cleveland area to visit Dad and this rental was in a great location to Rocky River, local restaurants, and even a trip into the downtown area. Rental located in a quiet residential neighborhood.......most traffic occurred as folks headed to/from work. Neighbors out in evening walking their dogs and neighborhood appeared very safe. House sits very close to flight path from airport, but direction of departures and arrivals depend on wind direction, plus there definitely appears to be an overnight lull in activity, so we had no problem with noise and sleep. House was well supplied with all necessities - bed and bath linens, cookware, dinnerware, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and sitting/reading room. We made use of the outdoor seating on the front porch, the backyard grill, and the washer and dryer in the basement. All correspondence with Mark (owner) was fast and courteous and it was a pleasure to be able to rent his house during our Cleveland stay. Thank you Mark! Chris and Jan Peterson

This house is absolutely adorable and a perfect fit for our family as we enjoyed visiting with our family and friends. Beautifully decorated in old style with updated items also. As we are used to staying in hotels when we visit this was a refreshing change and will book this location for future visits.

Very small and quaint, but clean and pristine on the inside. Great location.
It is a small neighborhood that feels very safe. The doors all have deadbolts and staying is a single female in the house I felt safe. The bathrooms and bedrooms were pristine and the kitchen even had coffee and other things to use. It was a great stay. I would highly recommend it.

Conveniently located, clean and comfortable.
This was the ideal property for our stay as we were visiting several members of our family in Lakewood and Cleveland, Ohio. The local stores and restaurants met our needs and all the amenities we needed to begin our trip were provided. Dealing with the owners was easy and they always responded quickly. Also they provided all the answers you could possible ask in a wonderful binder. We had deer and squirrels just about every day visit the property and we felt we were in a safe and friendly neighborhood. We would definitely rent this property out again when visiting Cleveland.

Nice small house in reasonably good neighborhood but right under the flight path. If you are an early riser it is no issue. House is very clean, nice 2 rooms downstairs and one upstairs. Great parking and plenty of space. Set up is a bit funky as you expect with an older home. Beds and linens great and host responsive.

Clean, Well-stocked, and Convenient
We really enjoyed our long weekend. The house is a great example of the early 20th-century architecture that defines Cleveland. The furniture is a perfect complement to the architecture. The classic electronics in the living room are really cool. (Don’t worry, plenty of modern electronics, too!) But then again, I’m old enough to remember console TVs and record players! The vintage globe and Sears fencing are a nice period touch. The house is small and comfortable. Everything was in place, clean, and ready for us when we showed up. All the basic household items were stocked, too. Mark and Jennifer were only a text away while we were in town. The house is close to CLE, I-480, I-71, and the Rocky River Reservation: pretty much everywhere you want to go on the west side of Cleveland. The breakfast/dining room at the back of the house was just the right size for our family. The bedrooms are not large, but they are comfortable. The kitchen is not large but, again, just the right size for our needs this weekend. I have been curious about how those Nest thermostats work and I got my chance this weekend. The house can be comfortably set to your desired temperature. Everything in the house worked just as expected. We’ll check out this house next time we are coming to Cleveland.

Perfect house for our needs while our own house was being renovated.
Mark and Jennifer were wonderful to work with, the house was right sized for our needs, and they always made sure we had everything we needed. Knowing my husband would work out of the house, they offered a number of accommodations for him. Even though the house is right in the city, the lot is large and surrounded by trees and plants that gave us the feeling we were in our own little space. We have felt completely at home here! Couldn't have asked for anything better!

The house was as described by the owners. It is small but sufficient for our stay. It was very clean and the owners were prompt in answering our questions. The reference manual they left gave us all the information we needed to make ourselves comfortable. We had plenty of supplies for our short stay. Perfect home for me and my 2 adult children. Reminded me of my grandma's home, very homey. Loved the front porch to relax. Safe neighborhood to walk. Close to interstate and airport. Beds very comfortable, shower big and works great. Home clean and bedroom upstairs roomy. Would highly recommend and would rent again. Only negative is one bathroom.
