Short walk to Edgewater Beach and Lucky‘s market. 5 to 10 minute drive to Gordon Square, Tremont, Ohio City, Battery Park, downtown Cle, and Rocky River. Driveway parking. The home has a stocked kitchen, large, dining room, and central air. The patio and deck are great when weather permits. Hot tub. Wi-Fi enables comfortable work from home space. *Strict no party policy.* Pets welcome for additional fee.
