If it's a stay for work or pleasure, there's plenty of room. Quiet nice area. Everything is easy to get to. Plenty of on street parking. And a driveway.

Great place and price for a large group

As the ad says, there is plenty of sleeping spots....most memory foam. House is old and in good shape and everything worked just fine. Zero communication from manager until we were a day into the stay, which was greatly needed the day before or at least day of arrival. They were all "stock" form messages, so no need to send them nearly after the stay ended. Only disappointment from the stay.

Simple and easy

This lower level duplex home was close to lots of great things. Neighborhood was quiet. Host communicated quickly and thoughtfully. Nice place to sit outside in front. Impressive with 3 bedrooms. Easy door code check in. Clean place. Even had some board games to play.

The place was good for sleeping, and slept everybody that came. The kitchen was a little dusty/looked unsanitary. The shower was either super hot or cold, no in between. The hot water knob kept moving on it’s own making it hotter.

Good quality stay and great location

I had 7 friends and myself come into town and we stayed at this listing. Plenty of places to sleep, the location to downtown is great, overall great stay. The property manager was very nice and very good communication if you needed anything while staying!
