When we got to the apartment, we put in the key code that we were given, and it didn’t work. It took over an hour before an employee was able to clear things up. The employee took us to the room that we were assigned, and we found out the room wasn’t cleaned, and the reason the key code wasn’t working was because the fob was in that room. We were very upset with this mishap, wasted a lot of time, and thought we were getting a bad room.However, they did rectify the situation by getting us a different room. The place itself was very nice, with a good pool, gym, and rooftop. The room itself was quiet too, and was a nice size.
