A great place to stay in the downtown Cleveland area.. Clean and spacious with most of your needs.. Quiet outside day and night.. Its walking distance for the NBA/NFL/MLB stadium and arena and other restaurants.. Very easy access in and out of room.

Condo was clean and spacious with 2 1/2 bathrooms and garage parking. Location was close (15 min walk) to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and a 3 minute walk to Masthead Brewing Company. Had a great time and would highly recommend this rental for anyone visiting the Cleveland area.

The coffee bar was great and the host was very easy to communicate with. He answered right away if I had any questions. The place was clean, beds were comfy. Loved that there was 2 1/2 bathrooms. Overall it was a good stay.

Clean and well stocked

The property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed, and the host was very responsive to any questions. The location was also just a stone's throw from downtown, and we could get to the highway quickly to get around the city.We would stay here again.

The dishwasher was broken and we were not told. The one skillet in the kitchen was worn so thin we bought our own and left there. The washer desperately needs to be cleaned. Other than that the townhouse was nice, basically clean, and comfortable. A little more attention to detail would have been nice.

Great alternative to staying in a downtown hotel. Clean with comfortable beds and furniture, and enough room for my 5-person family to have some space. 2.5 bathrooms was terrific. As mentioned in other reviews, the garage parking was very tight, but we managed, and the stairs are steep. The free street parking outside was limited to 2 hours during the day.

The town house style unit was nice and the pics accurately portrayed the reasonably well maintained unit. This is not for someone that may have difficulties with stairs. The couch was not the most comfortable and would benefit from the addition of some throw pillows. We also wished we had a tv in the bedroom as well. There is a garage, but it is tight. You would be hard pressed to fit a full size truck or SUV in. These things being our only real critiques, we loved the centralized location to explore the downtown area. Within a 15 minute walk, there are countless restaurants. The casino could reasonably walked to as well from the unit. Overall, we liked our stay and we'd contemplate staying again, when not if we come to visit the area to explore more.

Convenient location for Cleveland clinic

We were visiting Cleveland because my daughter had some appointments at Cleveland clinic. It was about 12 minutes from the main hospital. We received a code 10 minutes prior to check-in.It was harder to get into the garage with my midsize vehicle, it has a longer front end. It was hard to get the right angle with the driveway being narrow and it being the first garage. The street parking next to the townhomes is 2 hour parking only from 7am to 6pm. The townhome was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There is a lot of space in the closets. It is a little bright in one of the bedrooms from the street lights, if you're sensitive bring a mask. Showers have shampoo (bring conditioner if you need it) and body wash. The kitchen has everything you need including some spices! It was a five minute walk to a convenience store. We saw it was near the bus line if you want to hop on the bus. I would stay here again! I would also look into staying in the other townhome units. When I booked this trip another unit was available.If you're reading this review and you see another listing available for a different unit number and you don't have a compact vehicle.The back units look like they give you more driveway space to maneuver it's still tight,but it's worth mentioning.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was perfectly located in downtown Cleveland and within easy walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and activities. Whenever we needed an Uber, it arrived within minutes. Communication with the host was fantastic throughout our stay. The unit was spacious, exceptionally clean, and filled with thoughtful amenities, including a Keurig, dishwasher, washer and dryer, spotless refrigerator, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony with a beautiful view. The comfortable living area featured a huge TV and couch, along with a dining table and comfortable chairs. The many windows provided wonderful natural light. The bedroom was very comfortable and offered excellent storage, with roomy closets, plenty of hanging space, a suitcase rack, shelving, and nightstands with drawers. The two-car garage was another major convenience, and the detailed instructions for operating the garage door and entering through the front door were extremely helpful. Everything was thoughtfully planned and well maintained. This is a terrific place for a large family or group to relax and enjoy a Cleveland vacation. We would happily stay here again!
