The house offers amazing amenities, including a hot tub, pool table, shuffleboard, darts, a 65-inch smart TV, and two 60-inch smart TVs in the master bedroom and basement.

    Perfect for families or large groups, this home has 3 bedrooms—two with king beds and one with a queen. There are 2 full baths and a half bath. The living area features a large sectional couch, lazy boy recliner, a 65-inch TV, shuffleboard, and an open kitchen with an island and 4 barstools, ideal for entertaining. The basement includes a pool table, darts, a 60-inch smart TV, and a washer/dryer. Outside, enjoy the patio with a fire pit, patio furniture, and a hot tub. Located in the heart of Ohio City, it’s just steps from great bars and a short Uber ride to Cleveland's hottest spots!

Comfy home base for vacation

The house was perfect to serve as our home base for our week long vacation in Cleveland. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was great with communication and responding to any questions we had. We enjoyed the diverse neighborhood and the closeness to almost anywhere we needed to go!

Great place in the middle of everything!

Settle in a nice little neighborhood close to all in Cleveland. The place was clean and well stocked ..Brian was great to deal with the whole trip. Only flaw was the game room that was decorated in ugly orange. Would have been better in Black and Gold.lol Besides that, If ever headed back to Cleveland will see if this is available.

Thanksgiving Jaunt

Great location near many attractions (Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, Aquarium, etc). Clean and lots of fun games at the house. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood and seeing all the historic homes.

Lovely property

We enjoyed our visit. The house is well maintained and provides many entertainment options. Instructions were clear and the property was very close to attractions. Only a ten minute drive to downtown and 15 minutes to the Art Museum. Great ice cream shop nearby and having the west side market in the area was terrific. Would stay there again.

Great location! Could walk to many places or a short drive/Uber ride. Loved the West Side Market and 25th Street area. House was very clean, beds were comfortable, all the games were great, back deck was perfect for hanging out. We had a fantastic weekend! Would stay here again.

Perfect Family Place

The location is good. 15-20 from airport. Quick response time from host as well as they checked in to make sure things were good. I really like the fact they had soap and toothpaste already there. Very convenient. I definitely recommend.

Quick Easter Break Trip

Very Clean home with fun “extras” throughout! Used the garage for security and the hot tub a few times. Cover was a bit awkward to maneuver but we managed. Beds super comfy and plenty of access to everything CLEVELAND!

Perfect for our needs

We were in Cleveland for a conference. The location was just a few minutes to the downtown venue. Very homey feel and comfy beds. If you are a light sleeper, you may hear some street noise from cars going by. Great amenities although we didn’t really have time to enjoy them.

Only one issue with our stay was no hot water the first night. The issue was fixed promptly the next day. I think they even got a new hot water heater. Communication with the owner was great! The place was well-cared for, updated, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the location and the many local eateries to enjoy! We’ll book again

Perfect for us

This house suited our family to a T! We really enjoyed our time here, especially game room and spacious living room. Location was ideal for restaurants and attractions. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, plenty of towels. I liked the Cleveland photos as artwork. There was a small glitch with check-in but VRBO and owners were both prompt and helpful, and it was resolved immediately. Thank you for a memorable weekend together.

Great location. Very Clean with modern updates. Welcoming HOT TUB and fireplace outside! Awesome communication with owner and property manager. On the spot help when needed for a/c issues! Rock Star Rental

Everyone in our group loved the space. Furniture was comfy and allowed all of us to gather at the same time. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were really nice. The neighborhood felt safe and was walkable to parks, coffee and ice cream. Close to museums and restaurants. Would highly recommend, especially as the host was very responsive to questions. Heads up if you have a dog - the back yard is not fully fenced. And if you do much cooking, you might need to ask ahead if there is some appliance you need. Not the most stocked kitchen, though adequate.

Comfy & cozy

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! I have a checklist of things that I want in a rental and this one had them all! This home has been completely renovated and is just beautiful. The big cozy sectional and the big TV made for awesome movie marathons. The home has a half bath on the first floor which was so convenient. The beds were crazy comfy…I slept as well as I do in my own bed! Loved all the “fun stuff” the home had to offer too. I played darts for the very first time, I was terrible, but I had a lot of fun trying! I just loved everything about this house, including the host. Brian was very quick to respond and was just a super nice guy! I was in town to go to Cleveland Clinic and he was so very helpful when I needed to extend my stay. I truly appreciated everything he did to help me. The next time I’m in Cleveland, I hope to stay here again!

Lots of family fun

The host communicated well. The amenities were great! We enjoyed the pool table, arcade games, and shuffle board. The only down side is the beds. It says it sleeps 12, however there aren't that many beds. There are plenty of air mattresses if you like those. There are not 2 futons in the living room. It's a big sectional couch , that is comfortable, just not for sleeping. At best 2 people could sleep on the couch. It was hard to find space to put the air mattresses. The pictures are very accurate about arrangements, so just look at those to figure out sleeping arrangements. Also, if you're traveling with girls, there are only mirrors in the bathrooms. You might want to bring a travel mirror if you have multiple people getting ready at the same time. I would stay there again for the great family hangout space.

Cleveland family trip

First the good: This house is within close proximity to many of the activities and restaurants we enjoy going to. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the use of the garage since we traveled with our mountain bikes to go to Rays Indoor Mt. Bike park. We also appreciated the host quickly bringing more towels as there weren't even enough for our group to have one towel per person when we first arrived. Could've been better: We found that this house wasn't the cleanest we've stayed in. The floor in the bathroom of the master bedroom had so much hair and the rug was visibly dirty upon walking in. The shower head had no pressure so we luckily found another one in a cabinet to put on for our stay. The kitchen was also not the cleanest (crumbs in drawers and pieces of food left in the fridge) and we found that it was difficult to use the dishes as they were all in cabinets that are much too tall for the average person. We didn't cook alot at the place but there was only one small frying pan and no pancake turner to make even breakfast easier. I'm not sure what the circumstances are with the neighbors but when you drive up to this rental property, there is a sign bolted to the fence on the neighbor's side facing outward that says "you are staying in an illegal short term rental." I didn't worry too much about it but definitely not the most welcoming way to roll up to a rental.
