Guest Access:
You'll have the entire house, with contactless check-in and will be given a door code for entry/exit. This home is behind another property. Hot tub and other outdoor amenities are NOT included. For information on renting both units, please ask us and we will happily share information.
While we don't have dedicated on-site parking, the surrounding streets provide ample parking space for your convenience. Please feel free to park in the designated areas nearby, ensuring to observe any local regulations and restrictions.

Ohio City is located on the Near West Side of Cleveland, across the Cuyahoga River from Downtown Cleveland. The neighborhood sits just south of Lake Erie and is home to over 9,000 residents and more than 250 businesses.
Ohio City offers a wealth of cultural institutions; public, private and charter schools; over 100 non-profit organizations, local restaurants and retail. Ohio City is rated the second most walkable neighborhood in Cleveland, with downtown being named first. A complete urban neighborhood, Ohio City offers everything residents or visitors might need. The influx of new residents combined with the longtime, committed community members has meant continuous growth over the last three years. Known for its diversity, historic housing stock, entrepreneurial spirit, passionate neighbors, and anchors like the West Side Market, Lutheran Hospital and Saint Ignatius High School, Ohio City is Cleveland’s most complete neighborhood.
Our place is directly across the street from St.Ignatius High School practice field. Stay on a Thursday and often get a free live concert from their unrivaled band!!

While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

HOUSEKEEPING:
•There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
TRASH DISPOSAL:
•Please gather excess trash and place it in large receptacles at the side of the house.
RULES AND GUIDELINES:
•We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as they would their own home.
•For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests there is NO smoking or pets allowed inside the house.
•This cozy home does not allow for large gatherings or parties (if you break this rule you will be asked to leave from landlord and police department)
•Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is not permitted. Our team has carefully designed the layout for both functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the condition of the property and to prevent any potential damage.
•An additional fee will be charged if the number of guests exceeds the declared amount.
•Checkout time is at 10 am. Late checkout incurs a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.

Please note by booking that you consent to a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Fur Babies are allowed at the house (under30 lbs.) If guest brings a pet and they leave the house, the pet must be in a cage until they return. Pet Fees are $99/pet if reported before check-in and $200/pet if observed on the property but not paid for prior to check-in.
